Here are a few things to keep in mind during your stay

• No parties or events
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight
• Don’t use the premises for any illegal activities

• Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb and booking
• Feel free to park in the garage down the hill. no park in the unloading and loading space, it is only for the service car
